The Morning Manifesting Ritual That Will Transform Your Life

Do you desire to BE MORE? DO MORE? HAVE MORE?

By creating a morning ritual you can shine bright and live your best life in 2020.

Why A Morning Ritual Is Important 

Mornings are a sacred time, especially when it comes to manifesting your desires. The time when you first wake up sets your entire day into motion- what you think about, feel, and focus on in the early hours of the morning direct the energy of your entire day.

If you wake up and immediately start thinking low vibrational thoughts, you will only attract more low vibe thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Don’t get stuck in this loop. Instead, right when you wake up- focus on high vibrational thoughts so you can feel your best for the entire day and attract more high vibrational experiences and manifestations into your life.

If you are actively manifesting specific things and have already set intentions, you must enter a vibration of gratitude and already having what you desire for them to manifest into your life.

This morning ritual will allow you to start the morning with a fresh, clear mind and high vibrational state of already having what you desire (the key feeling when it comes to manifesting). This ritual will set your intentions in motion and create a ripple effect in the universe allowing your desires to manifest in divine timing!




The Morning Manifesting Ritual 

Start this ritual as soon as you wake up. I like to wake up between 6 am and 8 am, depending on the day. The earlier, the better. The world is quieter and the energy is lighter during these earlier hours.

You can make your coffee and use the bathroom first, but come right back to your sacred space. Your sacred space/altar can be your bed, your desk, or somewhere you feel comfortable and high vibe. Light a candle, burn incense, play soft music, or place crystals around your space to meditate with. 




  1. Meditate for at least 5-10 minutes


Meditation is the best way to start your morning. This practice allows you to quiet your mind or simply just observe the thoughts that come up as you let them pass.

Choose a morning mantra to help set your intention. You can meditate while listening to meditation music, in complete silence or to a guided meditation. I suggest meditating for at least 5-10 minutes every morning.



Morning Mantras:


My body is rested and my mind is clear.

I start my days with positive thoughts and energy.

I am relaxed, non-resistant and clear.

My day unfolds with grace and ease.

People support me throughout the day.

The Universe supports my desires today.

I am open to receiving greatness.

I am energized and inspired.

Creative possibilities are available to me.

Nothing holds me back.

I take action with faith and clarity.

I am healthy, well and vibrant. 

Today is a great day.

I’m having fun today.

I bring joy to others.

I bring light with me wherever I go.

I am a positive influence on the world.

Everything is happening around me and I am truly taken care of.

My life is full of abundance, peace and love.

I am confident and whole.

I am patient, knowing that whatever is of the highest good is coming to me.

When I am tuned in to the energy of abundance, I am abundant.

I heal the habit of fear and I embrace the habit of love.

It’s good to feel good.

All is well.

  1. Review your desires, vision board, your mantra & daily affirmations


Create a manifesting page in your journal. On this page include the following:

 -A list of the desires you are currently manifesting.  

 -A collection of images (or reference your vision board) that represent what you are manifesting.

– A mantra

 -A list of affirmations that declare your desires into existence.


Once you have created your manifesting page, review it every single morning following your meditation.


Read through your desires, view your vision board, and then repeat your list of affirmations out loud. Doing this practice of review is reminding you of what you should be focusing your thoughts and energy on throughout the day, putting you in a higher vibrational state. The affirmations are reprogramming your subconscious mind to believe what you are affirming. 



  1. Visualize your desires

Visualizing is my #1 manifesting technique! Close your eyes, and imagine experiencing your desires as if they have already manifested. Interact with your desires and imagine yourself feeling all of the emotions that come along with them. The key here is to connect emotionally to what your visualizing!


Pretend you are watching a movie in your mind of your desired life. 

*What does your day look like? 

*How do your desires light you up? 

*How do your desires inspire you?

*How do your desires serve others?

  1. Write in your Journal

Choose a journal that is specifically for your morning ritual or manifesting. 

Ask yourself daily and write in you journal:


*How do I want to feel today?

*Who do I want to be today?

*What do I want to receive today?

*What do I want to give today?

*Envision and design your day exactly how you want it to be.

*Free-write about your desires, what they are, how they will make you feel and how they will impact your life and/or serve others. 



  1. Appreciate and Appreciate More

One of the most important elements of co-creating the life you desire is to let appreciation lead you. Whatever you appreciate, you create more of. Focus on what is currently working in your life. 


*Free write in your journal about everything you appreciate, celebrate everything good in your life. Write until you feel complete.



  1. Read for 30 minutes to 1 hour

Committing to your growth is extremely important when it comes to becoming your best version and creating a fulfilling life for yourself. Read a personal development book for 30 minutes to 1 hour every single morning. There is ALWAYS something new to learn, explore and help you to be the best version of yourself that you can be.


*Read a book about Manifesting.

  1. Do something that makes you feel really good and in alignment

Doing something that makes you feel really good and aligned with your higher self daily is KEY to getting into a high vibrational frequency. This is like the fuel for your entire day. Maybe you’ll make pancakes and listen to your favorite tunes… Maybe you’ll go on a nature walk or do some yoga outside! Whatever it is, do it! Your higher self will thank you.

When you are doing more of what you love, you are aligning with your highest self, and aligning with a higher vibrational frequency. Do something that brings you joy. 

Joy is the highest vibrational frequency, Find joy in every situation to keep you vibing high! When you embody an energy of joy, you release resistance. Do something that lights you up and witness how the Universe supports you.


(MANIFESTING BONUS: Do something that you would do if you already had your desires. For example, if you want to manifest weight loss, go on a walk and wear something that makes you feel confident and beautiful, and pretend like you’ve already lost the weight! If you want to manifest a new car, go on a drive in your current car and pretend that your driving the new car instead… Feel the emotions of already having what you want!)




Commitment & Consistency


Continue through the day focusing on high vibe thoughts, and feeling as if your desires are already yours. Do not start focusing on negativity right after your morning ritual… Carry the high vibration throughout the day and if you need to, dabble back into some of these practices!


Commitment is key. If you are truly committed to changing your life and manifesting all of your dreams and desires, make a promise that you will show up for yourself every single morning. Your ritual doesn’t have to be exact to this one, but make sure you are at the very least focusing on high vibrational thoughts that make you feel really good throughout the day, every single day. I believe in you!
